10-2005: For a
second time since I set up this site the web hosting company I was
using for the Awards site closed without notification. I
have once again moved the site to this new location. If you
know anyone that has an award or is a member of the webrings please pass
this information on to them so they can add the correct URL to their
pages.
01-2005: As we
start our 9th year of presenting awards I want to wish you all a
peaceful and profitable 2005.
04-2002: The
server that this site resides on has had it's name changed by the
web hosting company. What was once ewebcity.com is now
brinkster.com. Because of this everyone that has used the URL with
ewebcity.com to link back to this page will have a broken link. I
will try to notify as many people as I can of the change. If, by
chance, you happen by here and have an award on your site with the old
URL simply change ewebcity to brinkster in the URL and it should work
fine.
03-2002: As of
late I have been getting requests from some "Questionable"
sites to be added to the Web Ring. I am usually rather flexible
when it comes to a sites content in the Ring but I will not add
"Click and Pay" or "Pay to View" sites. Most
of these sites have graphic porn but aside from that the concept of a
Web Ring is to freely surf from one site to another, not stop and pay to
proceeded. For that reason, and not one of censoring content, I
will not approve any sites that fall into the above criteria.
Notice: Xoom.com has shut down it's web service which is where GAY-DAYS has
called home for over 4 years! Xoom never informed it's members
that this was going to happen and by the time I found out, they had
discontinued any uploads to their servers. Xoom will eventually delete
all content from their servers so anyone that has linked to the Xoom
site awards graphics will no longer have a graphic displayed on their
web site. Any links back to the Xoom site will no longer
work. You will need to change your links to the new one for your
graphics and links back to the GAY-DAYS site to work. Since we
have over 250 sites listed I am unable to email every web master about
this problem personally. I am sorry for any problems this may
cause, but it was beyond my control. If you have any
questions please feel free to contact me.
